What is OnSite Checklist?
OnSite Checklist is a checklist app for conducting inspections and audits on Android and iOS (phones and tablets). Create custom templates with categories and questions, run inspections with Pass/Fail/NA, add photos and comments, assign actions, and generate PDF reports. Use the in-app or Web Template Builder to design checklists for safety, food, property, quality, and more.
Does OnSite Checklist work offline?
Yes. You can create templates and conduct inspections completely offline. When you are back online, generate and share PDF reports via email or cloud.
What is the Web Template Builder?
The Web Template Builder at onsitechecklist.auditbricks.com/templatebuilder/ lets you build inspection templates on your desktop. Add categories and questions, then email the template to yourself and import it into the OnSite Checklist app on your device.
What kind of reports can I generate?
You can generate custom PDF reports with filters (assignee, date range, actions, etc.). Reports include site photo, location map, company and client details, auditor and manager signatures, and a graphical cover page. Share via email, Dropbox, Google Drive, and more.
Can I add more questions during an inspection?
Yes. You can add more questions to an inspection at runtime, so you are not limited to the original template when you are on site.
