On the Inspection Details screen, above the Site Photo/Location section, there is a section named Assignees/Responsible Persons.The option + Add New will allow you to add names to the Assignee list for that project. Only when names have been added here, will they be available to select in the specific tasks.

Once you have created your first template you are able to use the template to start your inspection. Inspections allow you to store each of the test you created in the template via a Pass, Fail or Not Applicable(N/A)scoring system. You can add comments and actions to the inspection to give your client greater details on your findings. To create a new inspection, simply tap on the Inspections tab and tab 'Plus button'. You can then choose the relevant template that you have created or choose to create a new template from template tab.

Due to the way inspections are carried out, it is not possible to carry out a inspection without a template as there would be no content to use for categories and tests. AuditBricks, SnagBircks and SnagID(another apps from us) are able to do this through. You can check these apps on Play store or App store.

Currently, this is not possible. An inspection will use the categories and tests in it's assign template when it is created, and these cannot be altered in the inspection itself. However, you are able to duplicate a template and add, edit or remove categories and tests; then carry out a new inspection.

Tap on inspections tab at the bottom of the app and then tap on the inspection you wish to delete. You will see the summary screen for this inspection. If you tap on the Pencil in the top right of the screen, you will see a list of options, In the list tap on Delete Inspection. App will ask you to confirm your choice. Please be aware that deleting an inspection is permanent - there is no way to recover it once it has been deleted.

OnSite Checklist allows you to create your own templates containing categories and test. These categories and tests can be reordered to best suit your needs. To create a new Template tap on the 'Templates' tab from left slider menu of the screen when you first open the app. From here you can then tap 'New Template' in the top right. This allow you to enter a tittle and a template reference. Adding categories and tests to the template is easy. Simply follow the Add Category or Add Test button and upddate the the title.

Yes, sharing is enabled for templates. When viewing the template overview page, tap the share button in the top right to share the template via email. Any user who receives the template file will be able to perform inspections on that template.

Navigate to the Templates tab from left slider menu. Tap on the template you wish to edit. Now in the top right of your screen, tap the pencil icon and select Edit Template. Edit Template enable you to edit the template that has been used in an inspection will only affect new inspections that use that template existing inspections won’t changed.

Once you have generated report, it will open into third party apps. All third party apps have shared functionality options. Please have a PDF reader app.

If your report size is too large and the file is not attached in an email then to go the app settings and reduce the image quality. It will only reduce the image quality into that report.
